Welcome to Fidget Frenzy! These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through www.fidgetfrenzy.co.uk.

Fidget Frenzy is an independent, family-run UK business operated as a partnership by Jenny Clark and Anthony Clark.

2. Our Products
We sell toys, fidget toys, squishies, sensory products and related accessories.
We aim to ensure product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Product colours and appearances may vary slightly from photographs.
Customers should check all product packaging, age recommendations, safety warnings and instructions before use. Products must be used appropriately and children should be supervised where necessary.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method at checkout.
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.
If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any unavailable items.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, subject to the delivery destinations available at checkout.
Standard delivery costs £3.99.
Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.
Delivery information and any applicable restrictions will be displayed at checkout.
We are responsible for ensuring goods reach you safely, subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Customers purchasing online normally have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
Customers are responsible for return postage where they simply change their mind, provided this was communicated before purchase.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are dealt with in accordance with UK consumer law.

6. Product Safety
Please follow the age recommendations and safety instructions supplied with each product.
Some products may contain small parts or materials unsuitable for young children.
Sensory and fidget products are not medical treatments, and we do not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes.
If a product appears damaged or unsafe, stop using it and contact us.
7. Website Use
Website content, including our original photographs, branding and descriptions, must not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or customers’ statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms periodically. The terms applicable to an order are generally those in force when the order is placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to customers elsewhere in the UK.
