Refund & Returns Policy

At Fidget Frenzy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you purchase from our website, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To request a return, please email info@fidgetfrenzy.co.uk with your order number.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for paying return postage.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect products as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a shop.
Please return items with their original packaging where possible.
We may make a deduction from your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods has reduced their value.
Opening packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.
Refunds
We will refund eligible returned goods within 14 days of receiving them back, or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Where you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. We are not required to refund additional charges for premium delivery options.
Refunds will normally be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at fidgetfrenzyuk@gmail.com.
Photographs can help us resolve issues more quickly, but they are not a condition of your statutory rights.
Where goods do not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Exceptions
Some products may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights where a specific legal exception applies. Any applicable exception will be explained before purchase.
Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
